If you arrived by truck, there's a large parking lot behind the building. With ramps. No need to drive along the road; pull over, turn left, and then left again. Drop off your documents inside the building. There's an office there. There's a window.

We always receive our deliveries on time and reliably... Unfortunately, today's delivery was only scheduled for next week. No problem, a call and pickup were arranged, so we were able to deliver the goods to our customer on time.

I'm quite surprised. We were promised a refrigerated display case for delivery today. They didn't even bother to inform us that the driver had forgotten to load it. The problem is... I have a grand opening and no display case. We constantly tried to reach someone... but were repeatedly disconnected. Very strange... unprofessional business practices... Not recommended... a total of 16 attempts to reach someone... left messages on the answering machine... no callback.
