Does not answer the phone. Poor knowledge. Delivers the car without the fault being fixed..
Maybe that's one reason why they have a lot of free hours/short wait times for service hours.......

Service is good, but too often it takes a second or third visit to the workshop for the same fault. Needs to be checked better before handing over the cars. Too bad the good guys are quitting one by one.

Booked an appointment. When you show up with the bus (turbo) they wouldn't help. It gave such a bad reputation.

Bad at informing. This led to costs and time wasted for me that I could have avoided if they had just been a little more familiar with what they were doing. Very dissatisfied. Pleasant on the phone.
