After the Cologne and Brno service stations failed to deal with the problem, they took action here and everything is now correct. There was a bit of a wait, but the delivery of parts still takes time! The staff is very nice and friendly, there is a coffee machine and a machine for soft drinks and snacks... In general, there are conditions for waiting. It is obvious that the staff is professional, so I recommend visiting this service station if possible.

During a concert tour, we had a vehicle breakdown, and Volvo really showed what SERVICE means. Excellent and quick repairs... thank you very much... hope next time under better circumstances... Thank you so much for your outstanding service.
