    A truly disgraceful workshop. It's supposed to be a professional service for professionals. We called at 6:15 PM because we had a broken coolant hose. We told them we'd arrive at 6:30 PM, and they told us they'd close that time and that when we arrived the doors would be locked. If we wanted service, we could call the 24-hour service center. We'd call the 24-hour service center and charge a higher price for a breakdown because... I don't know. This is the second time this has happened to me. I could fix a lot more things in this workshop, but it's clear they want to lose both themselves and the brand.

    I was passing through Zaragoza and my truck had a loading error. I arrived around 8 am and they quickly repaired the truck. Around 10:20 am they returned the truck to me with a replaced alternator and a two-year warranty. Excellent service and very professional.

    Excellent service, polite and very helpful. They repaired my truck quickly; the retarder bellows was back in place within two and a half hours. Very efficient.
