After a self-diagnosis and a quote for the repair of the car, the price more than doubled when picking it up, excluding labor, and it took almost 6 hours to repair a spark plug and a valve. There was a lack of clarity and professionalism. I picked up the car after 3 hours and I'm wondering where the almost six hours from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM came from... They must have a clock that doesn't have 60-minute hands, but 30-minute hands.
