UNBEATABLE experience. We found this place online after searching through MANY ads on MANY websites every day. We called and thought the language would be a barrier, but they called us back with someone who spoke our language (Thierry, thank you ❤️). Everything was incredibly FAST, very smooth, very easy, and with all the help you could expect, plus 100. They came to pick us up at the train station to go see the vehicle and sign the paperwork. Everything was already prepared and perfect; it didn't take any time at all. The vehicle arrived from Bourges to Madrid, Spain, perfectly, without any problems. Even in very adverse conditions, it performed better than we expected. The service from the entire team is wonderful. We have nothing but words of gratitude. We will highly recommend this place.

Passing through Bourges with my 2004 Fiat motorhome, I had a brake failure. I arrived at reception at 11:30 am and was taken care of at 2 pm after a diagnosis that the brakes were faulty. They parked our motorhome outside and, upon arrival at the parts counter, had the vehicle ready by 12 pm. We were able to continue our vacation. In conclusion, a very warm welcome. Poor vehicle care; they changed a battery that was still functional and made you fix it knowing that the fault was not due to the battery. Poor diagnosis and therefore poor skills in the matter. Only positive point: the welcome! The rest is not at all top notch! I do not advise you to take your vehicle to be repaired by them.

I had the pleasant opportunity to meet the people who work at the service center for an unfortunate incident involving damage to the transmission's computer board. They will remember me when they read what I've written. I am Bulgarian, and French is not my native language, but I use Google services. I would like to thank everyone who works there, as well as a few individuals, including the girl in the office, the employee who drives the truck, and especially a young Black man. They made my five-day visit to the service center enjoyable. If the service manager reads this, please know that these are your indispensable colleagues. Thank you, my friends.
