The worst terminal in Duisburg. All stuff are unfriendly, kalmar operators and chekers especially.

Very busy , almost all the time . It is some guys who know and want to speak english and can help you în you don't speak german. Nice people !

Do not forget to ask paper from checker,all personal is verry rude,slow progres last visit 3h waiting outside in wind and rain . No english spoken . Is just a nightmare every visit.

Awful terminal, like the rest in Duisburg... Unfriendly, slow, old staff, never speak in english. It makes me sick every time when I have to go there.
