Friends, I went to the Renault service center in Adana and they quoted me a bill of 25,000 Turkish Lira. It wasn't related to my car's malfunction; they kept saying "it's not this, it's that." I absolutely do not recommend anyone go there. Even though I explained the problem with my car, they charged me 5,000 Lira for diagnostics, which had nothing to do with me.

Kudos to those who do their job properly, of course. As a business, they speak kindly, but they are so unprofessional that they can't even tell you the cost of a service. Check your accounts, see what you charge customers. The system, invoices, delivery notes, everything is fine, the service and attention are great, thank you. Really, investigate your accounts. I came today and I don't forgive them. They adjusted the valve for 5100 TL, we said okay, but they charged 2400 TL to pull the wire stuck in the refrigerator with a hook. It's very shameful, it doesn't suit a business...
