Waited for 6 hours for service. When the time came I was told that they can not fix my problem as they do not have the required tools.. Thank you for not helping at all and spending my 6 hours. Best service ever.

THANK YOU AND WELL DONE A team of professionals is very important because these days, professionalism is so rare!!! After a major engine breakdown on our Autostar motorhome (heavy goods vehicle), and having been unable to get a repair or even a diagnosis in France, we were able to return home 😰. We made an appointment on Wednesday morning and it was scheduled for the following Friday! That was already wonderful because in France it took a 3-week wait... The breakdown was immediately detected and the follow-up was very professional 👍 Whether it's the very kind and attentive administrative team or the extremely conscientious and demanding professional team, we can only say a huge THANK YOU to all the AB LENS MOTOR staff in BIERSET 💪👍

My first experience with them was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, and the work was well done. Thank you to the team! I highly recommend them; they're nothing like some of the clowns in the area.

Avoid this garage in Eupen at all costs! Exorbitant prices and unbelievable wait times. My van wasn't repaired after a month of downtime, and the bill was €1600. I'm not sure they even know what they're doing.
