During delivery, the cooling unit is always left running and the loading area is opened at the same time, which can be described as a noise and environmental nuisance and is no longer appropriate these days. It's sufficient for the cooling system to run during the journey, and it's no problem to turn it off while unloading; the cooling system will last for a short period anyway...
