I rented a campervan, made sure upon delivery that they confirmed everything was okay, and the next day they called saying I had to pay more. They added 100km for no reason, considering that when I picked up the campervan they gave me papers that didn't match the campervan (it belonged to another customer). Staff members were in plain sight, indifferent and laughing when I complained. It was a complete lack of control; they explain one thing, do another, and even after it's done, they keep demanding payment.
