Do not buy a van through this dealership, James Cooper and Mark Pitcher will Not get back to you as soon as there’s a problem with your vehicle.The sales phone goes to voicemail and you never get a callback. My van was brand new and out of the 6 months ownership was off the road for 3 months. They wouldn’t offer a hire van or any compensation and I had to run about for weeks and weeks myself to get the issue sorted. Incurred costs of over £3,000 for which I sent them a full breakdown but they offered me £1000 to settle. My advise is do not buy from these guys when things go wrong they shy away from responsibility and are not bothered that your business if affected even when buying a brand new van!!
