Very friendly service. I called from the road and there was no problem picking up without an appointment. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes. I also drove up for a service today, and everything was taken care of immediately. Best regards to the very nice customer service representative. Best regards to Mr. Mariusz, the service manager. The best service center I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Remote diagnosis was performed after connecting the car, which was 1,300 km away in Switzerland. The problem was fixed immediately and spot-on (like a sniper). The service was incredibly friendly, and they even included souvenirs, which are rare these days. I warmly recommend the staff and recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their Renault cars.

I had a hydraulic hose replaced. I had to wait three hours, but I understand because I didn't have an appointment. The lady at the front desk was nice, and the mechanic did his job. On the plus side, they allowed me to take a break at the service center.
