It is with immense sadness and frustration that I return to this place after several years away. Although the building has withstood the test of time, more or less, with its unique architecture and sublime heritage, the service is a disgrace: disastrous bedding, deteriorating rooms and interior, and mediocre service. Frankly, the central administration must intervene urgently.
