Initially, I was charged 452 Zloty for issue detection, with the services clearly outlined. Although it was stated that a service fee would be charged for both mechanical and electronic issue diagnosis, when I visited to learn about the problem, I did not receive a proper response. I wrote a review on Google Maps explaining the situation and submitted a copy of the invoice. The person who called claimed to be in charge and asked me to remove my comment, assuring me the issue would be resolved. I was invited back with the promise that the problem would be fixed for free, or my fee would be refunded. However, my car stayed an extra two days, and a new issue was found, but no repairs were made, nor was I refunded. I lost my 452 Zloty and time trusting Renault. (During this process, I visited the service three times, used a taxi four times in total, and incurred additional out-of-pocket expenses around 100 Zloty, totally 552 Zloty) After this experience, I no longer trust the brand, especially after being contacted by someone representing Renault. Eventually, the problem was fixed at another service. I do not recommend Renault Tandem Kielce due to the loss of trust, time, and money. I will not get a service or buy a car from them in the future.
