🇫🇷 Une attitude horrible envers les chauffeurs. Un service "officiel" qui met ses clients à la porte. ​Je me suis rendu dans ce garage pour une fuite de liquide de direction assistée. Le bilan technique est mitigé : après la première réparation, je n'ai parcouru que 13 km avant que la fuite ne recommence. La deuxième fois, le problème a été résolu par le remplacement complet de la pompe - je n'ai rien à redire sur le résultat final des travaux. ​Cependant, l'attitude envers les clients gâche tout. Le garage ne dispose même pas d'une salle d'attente pour les chauffeurs. Mais ce qui s'est passé aujourd'hui, le 12/11/2025, dépasse l'entendement. ​Pendant la pause déjeuner (de 12h00 à 14h00), on m'a ordonné de quitter l'enceinte du garage et d'attendre dehors, derrière le portail. L'argument? C'est la pause, interdiction de rester sur le site. C'est un comportement odieux de la part d'un concessionnaire officiel Renault. Vous ne comprenez pas la spécificité de votre métier? An "official" service that throws customers out on the street. ​I contacted this service center about a power steering fluid leak. The technical part left mixed feelings: after the first repair, I only drove 13 km, and then the leak started again. The second time, the problem was solved by replacing the entire pump—no complaints about the final quality of the work. However, the attitude toward customers ruins everything. The service center simply doesn't have a waiting room for drivers. But what happened today, December 11, 2025, is beyond comprehension. During my lunch break (12:00 PM to 2:00 PM), I was ordered out of the service center and behind a fence. The argument was that they were on lunch break and weren't allowed on the premises. This is disgusting behavior from an authorized Renault dealer. Don't you understand the specifics of your job? Truck drivers aren't local residents who can go home for a couple of hours. We often simply have nowhere to go. I strongly urge the company's management to reconsider this discriminatory policy. Throwing someone, a driver, out into the street is the lowest point of the service center. I don't recommend this to anyone who values ​​human interaction.
