Extremely disappointing experience
After a repair costing several thousand euros for a gearbox defect since November 2025, my vehicle has the exact same problem as soon as it leaves the workshop.
Several returns, a breakdown service, and still no effective repair.
Renault Trucks is now demanding another €22,500 for the same fault, while refusing to guarantee a result, which is the law.
To date, the truck is still out of service, my business is suffering, and no serious solution has been offered.
I strongly advise serious professionals against entrusting their work vehicles to a dealership that doesn't stand by its diagnoses.

Simply thieves charge for repairs several times for vehicles that always have the same problem, case to follow up in court, there is no need to contact you, take people for fools, you will pay, the justice system has been seized

I brought my truck back in 2022 due to a suspension problem. I was given a quote of €2,500, including some clearance lights to replace. I put down €1,800. Three days later, they told me the part I replaced didn't work, but I had to pay for 6 hours of labor, which was €400 for installing and removing the wrong part and €600 for the bulbs.
I only received a refund of €800, which was €1,800 upfront, and I had to take my vehicle as is to have it repaired elsewhere.
N.B. It's a Renault truck, so it's a dealership 😃😁😂😂😂.
I had to make the noises right so the manager would refund me an additional €340 out of the €1,000 withheld. In the end, 7 bulbs replaced in 3 days, incorrect diagnosis, unrepaired suspension, and €660 in the till.
