    The workshop service is seriously deteriorating. To get my diagnostic tool checked, they're offering me an appointment in 7 days. This is unacceptable; we're professionals and need our trucks every day. I've been in this business for 20 years and I've never seen anything like it. Absolutely no effort is made for the customer. We're dealing with bureaucrats; it's pathetic!
