I arrive at the parts reception desk, I say hello, the person says hello back.
Two gentlemen are now at the parts reception desk, each in front of their computer. I wait and wait, I tell myself I'm the only customer there, so they'll soon ask me what I need.
Well no, total indifference to my presence, to the point where it pisses me off to wait so long without anyone saying anything to me. I turn my back, I understand perfectly well that I didn't come.
So for me it's simple: they'll never touch my truck given the welcome and the interest of the guys.

Renault Type C 430 26-ton truck purchased new in October 2023, my only work tool
Broken down on July 11, 2024 (power takeoff broke)
Since the truck has been delivered to Renault Libourne
Parts are supposed to arrive every 3 days
But still nothing
At no point do they ask how I work
My company is in jeopardy
And nothing, not a single piece of information
This is unacceptable for such a company
When will there be a solution? How do I work?????
I'm waiting for a quick response and, above all, for my truck to be repaired, compensation for this month I haven't worked, and for the lease to be taken over!

Hello, having used Renault Trucks' services, I repeatedly wondered if I was on some kind of hidden camera show.
I had to wait months before they even bothered to do my repair.
When I finally got my vehicle back, my bumper and wheel arches had come loose.
I had to take my vehicle back, where they dared to accuse me of bad faith, suggesting that I must have hit an animal.
I had to get a manager to come out, who agreed with me, confirming that the mechanic had done a poor job.
They told me they would contact me upon receipt of the new parts to redo the repairs. After weeks of no response, I had to follow up myself, each time with a different excuse (no parts from the supplier, wrong parts sent, etc.).
I had to take the van back, losing another day of work to redo the repairs. In short, I picked up my vehicle that evening, and upon closer inspection the next day, I saw that it had once again been done haphazardly; the bumper hadn't even been put back in its place.
I won't let this go and will be contacting the consumer association as well as my legal department.
For the damages and my lost earnings due to the lost workdays.
