SPARKS COMMERCIALS (SWINDON)

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Sparks Commercial Services. Had an ABS sensor fault this morning while travelling back to the yard and not far from Swindon. Called in just to ask if possible to have diagnostic check and book in to fix it. Brad did everything possible to find out the issue and fix it instantly despite the fact he had work for a full day on Saturday before Xmas. Amazing customer service, thank you so much.

Outstanding service and work provided by Sparks of Swindon. Our company volumetric lorry was miles from home and in the middle of a very important job when a radiator leak was discovered. Sparks came to the rescue via Renault 24 and assessed the lorry, recovery was arranged to enable us to first use the lorry to complete its work and then recover and repair overnight it whilst our driver was safely tucked up in his hotel room. The high standard of work and flexibility of this garage have ensured that our company suffered no down time with the vehicle and I could not be more grateful for every aspect of their involvement with us... if only we were based closer to Swindon! I would not hesitate to recommend this garage to others.

Gavin who over sees the workshop is a tidy lad and nothing is to much trouble. Brad was the lad who fixed my Transporter is 100% gets on and gets you back the road . I rate them 10 out of 10 thanks lads for your help sorting my Transporter. All the very best Lyndon Powell

Today I received my new Renault Master from George in the sales department. Unfortunately, the factory had delayed the vehicle for a few months due to emissions issues, however George kept me regularly informed about when the vehicle would be coming (Once he had the information from Renault, also I did read about this issue so I know it was the truth) absolute pleasure to deal with. I was only buying 1 vehicle and he clearly sells many times more than that, so I was grateful about all the effort he put in to keep me informed until the factory released the vehicle. Gave me honest and clear advice about the servicing schedule and warranty, so I will definitely be using Sparks for my servicing moving forward.

Avoid like the plague. Shame not an option to leave a zero star rating. Took my van to be repaired. After picking it up and getting home, I noticed several fixings were missing from around the steering wheel. Bit worrying when the steering wheel had been removed. To it back to get put right. A couple of days later I noticed a fault with the new part that had been fitted. Took it back again in the new year. I was told that the part they had fitted had a fault, and that it needed replacing again. I was expected to for this again. Plus I was expected to pay for their time. To investigate that they had fitted a faulty part and didn't check it before returning the vehicle to me. I still have my van with a faulty part. Several hundred pounds worse off. Than before I went there. To get it fixed. Time to take them to court !
