This is a terrible used car dealership. I strongly advise all foreign immigrants to avoid buying cars there. First, they advertised a one-year warranty, but the engine in one of my cars failed after a year. They claimed it was because I had used fuel containing water, even though I knew full well it was clean and good quality. I checked the tank before going there and there was no water. Then they refused to provide warranty service for the engine, citing various reasons why I hadn't had it serviced there. After the car sat there for twenty days, they said it needed paid repairs! The repair costs are unknown...

Terrible workshop, mechanics with little experience and little education. In conclusion, if they repair bicycle tires, they'll look better. A workshop that tarnishes the Mercedes brand. After the purchase of these two Mercedes, a Mercedes chapter is closed.

Highly recommended workshop! We broke down on the Fi-Pi-Li with a broken serpentine belt and were towed here. Despite the late hour (6:30 p.m.), our vehicle was accepted and the damage was immediately inspected (cause: defective/seized air conditioning compressor). Parts were procured and repairs were completed as quickly as possible within two days (Mercedes Viano, 3.0 CDI). Our caravan was safely parked on the company premises (without us) during the repair. All employees were very friendly! Communication in excellent English was excellent (cost information, repair status, etc.). Even picking up the vehicle shortly before closing time (7:00 p.m.) was straightforward, so we were even able to catch the night ferry in Livorno. The Truck Italia team saved our family's Sardinia vacation. Thank you so much!!!

A commercial vehicle was down for 5 months in need of repair, waiting for staff to be trained in the type of repair (as stated by them). After carrying out the repair themselves with technicians from another workshop, they also refused to return the vehicle to their branch, where it had originally been delivered for repair.
