There was a visit regarding a faulty floor level. They found everything and fixed it (the wire in the braid was frayed). The next day I discovered that they tore out a wire from the neighboring plug where they were ringing the wires under the hood and pinched 2 wires when they were installing the cover there. For everything 14.1K. As for me, it's too much. They take off points for this. And the electrician Sasha is great!

Good service, good service. There is a shower, a rest room, a large area, a large parking lot inside. The working hours have changed, the schedule has become more convenient, they work from 8 to 20 hours, seven days a week.

Very good service, especially the electrician Alexey. I had an unpleasant experience when my car broke down in Germany, and the only service that helped me for free was Alexey!!!
Respect to you and a huge thank you 👍👍👍

And so in order about my impressions of this Volvo service. The masters with the malfunction on the car that was delivered to the service coped relatively quickly.
- the master who serviced the car is polite, responsible and competent
- the managers and all the staff from the office with whom I had to communicate are very polite and courteous
- service regarding the driver: there is a waiting room for the driver with comfortable chairs and sofas. There is also a shower room, but the air extractor does not work (I doubt very much that your employees would agree to such conditions). There is a water cooler in the waiting room but there is no water, it is 30°C outside and there is no water (it did not run out in front of me. It is simply not there, I have been watching the water cooler for the third day and there probably will not be, but there is in the office). At car services of other brands, the driver is treated to lunch, but at the Volvo service they do not even treat him to water. In Chinese tool stores, they treat customers to coffee, but at Volvo service there is no water. Such a small thing. But so offensive

Tyagonina. We made an appointment for an oil change a week in advance. We asked for it to be done by 11 a.m. The manager scheduled it for 8 a.m., saying they'd work on the car first thing in the morning. Three hours passed after we accepted the car, and they only just started working on it. We drove it into the garage. They wanted to change the oil when it was cold. Apparently, they don't understand that a vehicle shouldn't sit idle. I think everyone understands that changing the oil when it's cold is a botched job. We refused and drove away. We wasted half a day and burned up fuel. The service was sluggish.
