Beautiful modern waiting room for drivers, with shower and kitchenette. Reception technicians quite nice and helpful. The mechanics themselves are a complete disaster - they deliberately delay work, you can always see them smoking next to the workshop, the car is covered in grease and oil stains, wheel bolt caps are missing. I picked up the car after waiting for 9 hours at night, so I didn't notice a lot of things, otherwise I would have solved everything on the spot.

Three stars, but I only left my car there and the manager picked me up. Those three stars are just for starters. Once I get to know the staff, it'll be better.
